Elana and Iden chose the beautiful and historical Glen Foerd Mansion for their wedding. The riverfront estate dates back to 1850s and though it has many beautiful things to admire, we were most impressed by the fact that the estate has an art gallery, that was open for a guided tour during the cocktail hour of the wedding. We didn’t get to see the gallery, but Natalia is determined to go back for a visit and see the paintings that are attributed to Monet, van Gogh, Rubens and Rembrandt (hint to any couples that would like to get married at Glen Foerd – we are ready! ;)). Making sure that their guests are enjoying themselves, seeing great art and having a wonderful time eating and dancing really showcases the care and love Elana and Iden have for their community of family and friends. You could see and feel Elana and Iden really take in the beauty and magnitude of their love together and those who shared it with them that day.
This is one of my favorite photos that Natalia has taken this year – it truly captured how stunning Elana is!! Natalia calls Elana a “Regal Beauty!”
The Bridal Suite had so many mirrors and we loved trying to catch different angles and reflections!
The First Look – Can you tell these two were excited to see each and other and get married! We loved Iden’s reaction when he saw his beautiful bride 🙂
The Tisch was filled with humor and blessings from friends and family. In fact, it is one of my favorite parts of a Jewish wedding – it never fails to produce a few tears and lots of smiles!! 🙂
The beautiful outside ceremony was then followed by a reception in the gazebo with an unobstructed view of the river and the beautiful property… and lots of laughter and dancing!
Definitely “Regal Beauty!”
When your Rabbi is having this much fun …. well, need we say more 😉
Ending on a moment like this, just seems perfect.
Elana + Iden – We wish you an incredible life together, and we know that it will be so wonderful and harmonious. Your ability to be so aware of your surroundings and the people in your lives … and yet always know when to take a moment and be alone with each other is so precious. We loved being a part of your wedding day and getting to know you. Thank you!!!
