Natalia and I had a great evening with Rebecca and Drew galavanting all around the Upper West Side. We met the guys by Central Park and headed straight over to the Bethesda Fountain which is one of Rebecca’s favorite places in the city. As a matter of fact – she claims that if she is ever homeless – she is moving straight there :). Considering it is also my favorite place in the park – I can’t really blame her…
After covering quite a lot of ground in Central Park, we spent some time at Lincoln Center and then all of us had some dinner and drinks at one of our favorite restaurants – Fiorello’s. Anyone who is up for a glass of prosecco after a photo session is an instant friend of ours ;)… Natalia is not always available to come to engagement sessions with me, but we made sure to schedule this in advance, since Natalia will be photographing Rebecca and Drew’s wedding as a primary later in June and wanted to make sure to get to know these two really well. Judging by our engagement session and what a incredibly fun time we had, I am starting to wish I could be in two places at once and get to hang out with these two on their day!
Rebecca and Drew are middle school teachers – English and Latin respectively. Anyone who can handle 30+ pre-teens and teens and be as fun and awesome as these two are, is pretty amazing in our book. And.. all I have to say is, if Rebecca was one of my teachers – I might have paid more attention in class 😉
Rebecca + Drew – THANK YOU for coming to Manhattan and spending way more time with us, then you probably expected. We loved getting to know you guys better and you made our work feel effortless and unbelievably fun… we can’t ask for more! Enjoy the photos and Natalia is super excited for the big day a month away :)!!!
